Minimum stay: two nights. Single nights by negotiation and at owners' discretion.

Terms & Conditions
- NO SMOKING INSIDE. A penalty fee may be charged for breach of this condition.
- Deposit. A deposit equalling 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a booking.
- Balance. Balance is to be paid 5 working days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 5 days of arrival then the full amount will be required at that time.
- Payment. Singapore Deep accepts VISA, MasterCard and personal cheque. For payment by cheque Singapore Deep requires that the full amount be paid at the time of booking and when the booking is made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival it can only accept cheques which are received not fewer than 10 working days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations. Where a cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the arrival date a full refund, less a 5% administration fee, will be provided. Where a cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival there will be a refund only if the period can be successfully re-booked to another party. The 5% administration fee will be applied here too.
- Non Arrival. There are no refunds for non arrival.
- Children. Singapore Deep is a country property with all the associated hazards. Singapore Deep does not cater for and is not suitable for children.
- Weekly Bookings. Weekly bookings may commence on any day except Saturday.
- Single nights. The rate for a single night is the Summer weekend night rate. Single nights must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Enquiries. Responses by Singapore Deep to enquiries about availability do not constitute a booking and Singapore Deep reserves the right to sell nights to the first party prepared to pay a deposit on those nights and without consideration of which party made the first enquiry.
- Check In & Out. Check in from 2:30 p.m., check out by 11:00 a.m.
- Left items will be returned by COD mail upon request.
